新浦金官网成立于1972年，至今已有四十余年的施工历史。2000年公司进行改制，完成了从镇办集体企业到民营股份制公司的转变，成立了以新浦金官网为核心企业的大型综合性企业集团。

建筑施工：新浦金官网注册资本金为12亿元人民币，资产总额为95亿元，全年施工能力达1000万平方米，每年实现产值80亿元以上，上缴税金3亿多元，市场遍及辽宁、上海、广东、广西、福建、河南、吉林等省市。公司下设十个建筑分公司、钢结构公司、装饰装修公司、滑模专业公司、消防公司。公司拥有建筑工程施工总承包特级、建筑装修装饰工程专业承包壹级、钢结构工程专业承包壹级、建筑机电安装工程专业承包壹级。公司参股了大连市政工程有限公司和大连小野田水泥有限公司，进一步扩大了施工范围并完善了产业链。
地产开发:以大连新浦金官网地产集团（以住宅地产为主）和大连大世界商业联合机构（以商业地产为主）为核心，目前共10个项目公司，年开发面积达200多万平方米，实现产值近200亿元。
